When should a duvet be washed? That depends on how long it's been used. We recommend having it washed when it's between 5 to 7 years old. You can tell it needs a wash when it no longer gives the same comfort it did in the beginning, when the down slides to the bottom of the duvet and doesn't feel fluffy anymore, or of course when the cover is dirty or slightly damaged from friction. Feel free to bring it by and we will be happy to take a look at it!

Just like a duvet, a down pillow also needs a thorough cleaning every now and then. As it's used more intensely than a duvet we recommend having it professionally washed every 3 to 5 years. The washing process is the same as with a down duvet, the contents of the pillow are washed separately from the cover.
