As a proud family business , rooted in decades of passion and craftsmanship, we offer our customers a sleeping experience that is as soft as a cloud. With the finest down and craftsmanship, we create not just any bedding in our studio in Mol, but promises of undisturbed nights.
Your role
We dream big at FJA-Oeyen, and to make those dreams come true, we are looking for a sparkling new colleague for our team in Antwerp. For at least 2-3 days a week, you can be the bridge between our customers and the softest nights of their lives.
Who are we looking for?
A dream candidate who:
- Customer focus is at the heart of your business; for you, the customer is literally and figuratively in the middle of your bed.
- Experienced in sales and ready to guide our customers to their ideal sleeping solution.
- Sees multilingualism as an asset; Dutch is a must, French and English are big pluses.
- Flexible with working hours , ready to welcome our customers from 11am to 6pm, two to six days a week.
Your mission
- You are the warm welcome and expert guide for our customers, both in the store and on the phone.
- You create and maintain customer relationships , manage orders and ensure that every customer leaves with a smile (and ideally a duvet).
- You are responsible for quotations , sales and the associated administration , and ensure that our store in Antwerp is always inviting.
